Shipping
We keep shipping simple:
- Free shipping on all orders over $50.
- Flat $4.95 shipping on orders under $50.
Orders are packed with care and usually leave us within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Returns
Changed your mind? No worries — we offer 30-day easy returns:
- You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
- Items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging.
- To start a return, email us at hello@mazishop.store with your order number.
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or something is not right, email hello@mazishop.store within 7 days with your order number and a photo — we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund, and we’ll cover the return shipping.
